Fabrication Process
The production of Nordés Gin begins with the selection of high-quality Albariño grapes, which are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the best flavor extraction. After distillation, the base spirit undergoes maceration with 11 botanicals, which includes a selection of wild herbs and fruits indigenous to Galicia.
